Temple Health is a trusted academic health system in the Philadelphia region dedicated to advanced research and world-class clinical care. Following a community hospital acquisition, Temple Health tapped Vault to launch a creative campaign and develop strategic communications tailored to patients and other stakeholders in the community. Vault executed on a tight timeline to help position and rebrand Temple Health – Chestnut Hill Hospital for its public debut.
Chestnut Hill Hospital is a pillar in its community, so it was critical for Temple Health to connect with current and prospective patients and community leaders to emphasize the organization’s commitment to providing the best possible health care in their neighborhood.
Vault outlined key messages to guide communications not only to those living in the area, but also to hospital employees, medical staff, government officials and other essential partners. These message maps informed both internal and external communications to stakeholders, ensuring a seamless, well-received transition of the hospital into the Temple Health system.
Vault ideated and designed a launch campaign, “Better Together,” that embodies Temple Health – Chestnut Hill Hospital’s promise to members of its community. The theme announces the hospital becoming part of Temple Health, while also highlighting the advanced specialty care Temple Health now brings to patients.
The Vault team designed assets to be featured in print, digital and OOH ads in the hospital service area, as well as on signage throughout the hospital.
In addition to the ad campaign, Vault redesigned Chestnut Hill Hospital’s existing collateral for consistency with the Temple Health brand and color palette. From patient brochures to waiting room posters, hospital maps to parking signage, Vault updated a library of materials to reflect the community hospital’s new home within the Temple Health system.
