We believe if you take care of your people, they’ll take care of you. Our all-star team of brainiacs, wizards and rock stars is our most precious asset. That makes us proud people-pleasers.
We take staff fun seriously — like, VP in Charge of Fun seriously. From weekly food trucks, to staff events and programs like Camp Vault and Curiosity Month, to our annual Thanksgiving potluck and epic Halloween costume contest, we find reasons to celebrate pretty much everything. When you spend every day doing what you love with amazing people, every day is a good day.
Vault is committed to listening, learning and taking action to ensure an inclusive workplace for all. Working towards making Vault more diverse, equitable and inclusive makes us a better agency — for both employees and clients. Employee-led sub-committees work on training, employee relations, survey/self-assessment, recruitment and the DEI Media Club to support staff personally and professionally. And we’re transparently tracking and sharing our progress along the way. The committee compiles an annual scorecard on measurable outcomes and maintains membership in the Diversity Action Alliance, a coalition of PR and communications professionals working to advance diversity in the field through consistent reporting.
Leading with our core values of Heart, Hunger, Curiosity and Excellence, we believe in celebrating people as they are and encouraging both employees and clients to be their most authentic selves.
We’re proud to serve on non-profit boards and committees, volunteering our time and talent where it can make a real and local impact.
Our Birthday Bonus program affords each Vaulter the opportunity to designate a non-profit for donation in honor of their birthday.
We also offer pro-bono and reduced-rate services to qualified non-profit organizations. By giving non-profit organizations the support they deserve and need, we can help ensure they continue their growth and expand their reach.
