This allowed us to differentiate Tactix from competitors, highlighting their exclusive focus on tenants’ interests—and the value that brings to the negotiating table.
With this solid foundation, Vault crafted a bold, tongue-in-cheek campaign anchored by the tagline: “We Fix What’s Brokerage.” This line humorously underscored Tactix’s mission to disrupt traditional brokerage practices by offering tenant-focused advocacy and aimed to resonate with their target decision-makers.
Vault’s strategy centered on LinkedIn, where many of Tactix’s target audiences are active. We focused on reaching key decision-makers and segmented audiences by target industries, writing tailored messaging to speak to the specific real estate needs and challenges in each sector. Our team designed and implemented a multi-phase campaign to guide these potential leads through the journey from awareness to consideration to conversion.
To ensure consistency and long-term sustainability, Vault also developed a comprehensive campaign guide for Tactix, allowing their team to create additional assets aligned with the new brand style. This not only ensured that the campaign would have a lasting impact, but also empowered Tactix to maintain their presence after our initial partnership.
