Tactix needed a message as disruptive as their business model. Our creatives delivered one so clever, they turned it into their tagline.

THE CHALLENGE

Tactix, a tenant-only commercial real estate brokerage in Philadelphia, came to Vault with a focused ask: a targeted digital marketing campaign to boost brand awareness and drive qualified leads. They had a clear value proposition, but needed to cut through to senior decision-makers and C-suite executives in key industries. 

What started as a campaign became something much bigger. Not only did we make a compelling case for true tenant representation, we gave Tactix a foundational message to build their entire brand around.

  • Develop a scroll-stopping, tongue-in-cheek campaign anchored by the tagline ”We Fix What’s Brokerage” — a message that signals exactly what makes Tactix different 
  • Craft a three-stage LinkedIn campaign strategy that generates awareness, consideration and conversion, with messaging tailored to senior decision-makers in the life sciences, law firm and manufacturing industries 
  • Educate target audiences on the value of true tenant-only representation to pique interest and drive traffic to the Tactix website to learn more 
  • Build interest among engaged audiences through testimonials, client success stories, awards and proof points specific to their industries 
  • Deliver a comprehensive campaign guide so Tactix’s in-house creative team could own execution independently and keep the momentum going long after launch

  • Created a campaign platform so resonant that Tactix adopted “We Fix What’s Brokerage” as their brand tagline

  • Drove a more than 500% boost in website sessions, 600% increase in new users and 13% lift in engaged sessions during the first two campaign phases in Q1, compared to Q4 before the campaign launch
