Chelsey Manko Vice President

After quickly shooting up the ranks at award-winning agencies in New York, Chelsey moved from Chelsea (yes, we’re totally serious) and took her Big Apple experience down the Turnpike to the City of Brotherly Love. With deep experience in consumer products, tech and healthcare, Chelsey most recently served as consumer and lifestyle director at King + Company, where she led a team and full-service public relations efforts for powerhouse brands with national and global reach. Having cut her teeth at firms such as Pollack PR Marketing Group, M Booth and Associates and Padilla Spear Beardsley (now Padilla/CRT), Chelsey knows how to hustle with the best of them (though she’s still one of the most humble people we know). Over the course of her career, she has delivered strategic counsel to behemoth clients such as The Estée Lauder Companies, Taste of the NFL, Zynga, OpenTable.com, Merck and Coppertone. This expertise now guides her work at Vault, where she contributes significantly to the growth of key practice areas.

Born In: New Brunswick, NJ

Current Residence: New Hope, PA

Family: Husband Brendan, daughter Emmy and the sweetest puppy in the world, a Wheaten Terrier named Luna

Education: B.A. Journalism and Communications, Lehigh University

My Life’s Motto: Just keep swimming!

Dream Dinner Date: Rob Dyrdek. I’d love to have pizza with him at the Fantasy Factory and then hang out with him all day.

I Heart Vault Because: People are genuinely friends, not just colleagues. Plus, everyone is smart!

When I’m Not at Vault, You Can Find Me: Trying to learn how to cook, spending time with my family or up in Vermont relaxing!

Favorite Retail Store: Staples. I’m weirdly obsessed with school supplies.

Favorite Vacation: My honeymoon in Portugal and the Amalfi Coast. The airline lost our luggage and we were without it for the first few days in Italy…nothing a little extra pizza couldn’t fix. I wouldn’t have changed a thing!

Desired Work-Related Superpower: Being able to ensure reporters include proper attribution in every story.

A Campaign to Remember: I worked with The Estée Lauder Companies to launch their annual Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign that featured – for the first time in history – real breast cancer survivors and their supporters. I was so honored to be a part of it and see firsthand the impact my work was making.

Most Wanted Client: Wawa. One of my favorite things about moving to the Philadelphia area is my proximity to Wawa.

I Want to Teach the World To: Be kind!

Favorite Bumper Sticker: “Psst. Pluto got whacked. Watch Uranus.” I’m a child.
