VAULT COMMUNICATIONS LEADS PHILADELPHIA PRSA PEPPERPOT AWARDS WITH MOST WINS

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa. (December 5, 2008) –The Philadelphia chapter of the Public Relations Society of America honored Vault Communications with nine awards at its 40th annual Pepperpot Awards ceremony on December 4. Vault Communications won the most awards of any entrant in the region’s premiere public relations competition, including four 1st place awards, four 2nd place awards and one honorable mention.
Four 1st place awards, or “Pepperpots,” were awarded to Vault in the categories of Public Service Announcement (PSA) for a PSA produced on behalf of the Professional Pest Management Alliance; Special Events or Observances for Rita’s Franchise Company’s First Day of Spring program; Pro Bono Programs for media support around an exclusive author event and fundraiser for the Mark Twain House & Museum; and Marketing Communications (Established Products & Services) for grand opening support of California Pizza Kitchen restaurants in the greater Philadelphia region. This is the sixth consecutive year that Vault won the 1st place award in the Public Service Announcement category.
Vault also took home four 2nd place awards, or “Ladles,” in the categories of Online Media for social media execution on behalf of Rita’s Franchise Company; Web Site Communications for PestWorldforKids.org; Special Events or Observances for Tastykake’s “Search for the 2nd Verse” jingle contest; and Marketing Communications (New Products) for the launch of Modality applications on the Apple “App Store."
