VAULT COMMUNICATIONS CHOSEN AS ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO WORK IN PHILADELPHIA FOR SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Vault Communications has been selected as a winner of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 7th annual "Best Places to Work" contest for the second consecutive year. With 17 full-time employees, Vault Communications was named a finalist in the small company category, and was honored at a cocktail reception on Thursday, October 14.

The Philadelphia Business Journal received hundreds of nominations from companies throughout the Philadelphia area. Each employee of the nominated company completed a survey with several questions related to team effectiveness, trust with coworkers, alignment with goals, trust in senior leaders, benefits and more. To advance in the competition, a statistically significant number of employees had to complete the survey and report above-average workplace satisfaction.

“It is a huge honor to be named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 'Best Places to Work,'” said Maribeth Schmidt, President of Vault Communications. “We have always believed that our people are our competitive advantage, and therefore, we focus relentlessly on creating the best work environment for our employees. Whether frequent opportunities for advancement, 100% paid health benefits or an employee kitchen that is stocked weekly, we always want to show our employees that we appreciate their work, value their time and effort and want them to stay with our team long-term."
