Utah has good chance of winning the Ultimate Football Recipe Challenge, as two local food bloggers are among the three finalists.
The contest asked food bloggers from across the country to develop a recipe using Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken that could be served during the upcoming Superbowl.
Recipes from Laura Powell of South Jordan and Deborah Harroun of Orem, were selected along with a recipe from a third blogger from Palm Bay, Fla.
On Wednesday, Jan. 19, all three will travel to Philadelphia to prepare their original recipes for judges.
Powell from Real Mom Kitchen, http://realmomkitchen.com, will prepared Chicken Enchilada Nachos, while Harroun, who writes at http://tasteandtellblog.com, will prepare her Chicken Tacquitos. The winning recipe will be featured on CampbellsKitchen.com.
