Rachael Ray "bugs out" for us

Not many people can get really excited about bugs.

They are gross and tend to creep people out.

If you listen to the information from our client, the National Pest Management Association, you would also know that household pests can pose serious risks to our health and property. Much more than an annoyance, these pests can transmit disease and eat away at your property value if left to their own devices— but I digress.

Here at Vault, we are crazy about bugs — and rodents, too. Why? Because we have passion for our client’s business. We’ve been the agency of record for the National Pest Management Association for nearly a decade and in that time, we’ve grown to know, love and emphatically support the topic of professional pest control.

This was quite apparent as you looked around the kitchen in our office recently. Vaulters gathered to watch our client, Missy Henriksen, vice president of public affairs for NPMA, make her debut on the “Rachael Ray Show.” Yes, the nationally syndicated, Emmy® Award winning “Rachael Ray Show.”

Our client hit it out of the park in a very difficult media setting -- a "live-to-tape" segment -- which ended up being an unheard of 10-minutes long. We watched grinning from ear-to-ear in bliss. We nodded approvingly when an important health stat was delivered. We high-fived when a key message was expressed perfectly.  We couldn’t have been more proud at that moment. From the initial pitch in January to the show taping in early April to the airing in late May, seeing it all come together was a spectacular ride for all involved.
