We knew Pamela (and loved Pamela) well before she began her time at Vault. Heck, we even knew her when her name was Pamela Gussow. There’s history there, people.
Prior to starting at Vault in February 2011, Pamela served as one of our client contacts at Heartland Payment Systems, one of the nation’s largest payment processors. Vault is now lucky to have Pamela’s marketing savvy in-house.
A 2006 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Pamela started her career at HSM Group, an event management company in New York. During her two-year stint with the company, Pamela helped organize the world-renowned World Business Forum, one of the largest gatherings of senior executives across the globe. The two-day event, which attracts more than 5,000 attendees from 1,500 companies, takes place annually in New York. During the conference, Pamela had the opportunity to rub elbows with some of the world's most influential leaders such as Al Gore, Kofi Annan and Jack Welch.
While she enjoyed her time in the Big Apple, she understandably began to miss our nation’s most superior city and her old college stomping grounds of Philadelphia. Not long after, she headed home to the Delaware Valley. She began immediately working for Heartland Payment Systems where she sharpened her skills in marketing, public relations and crisis management during the world’s largest data breach in 2008.
Pamela currently resides in Wayne, Pa. with her husband, Johnny and their adorable terrier, Cody. In her free time Pamela enjoys reading, spending time with family and training for the 2011 Broad Street Run.
P.S. Don’t ever call her Pam. You've been warned.
