Lori Orr Business Manager

Someone cue “Wind Beneath My Wings.”

Whether or not you like Bette Midler, you’d burst into this famous song from Beaches upon meeting Lori Orr. At Vault, Lori keeps everyone “airborne” using whatever means necessary -- timely paychecks or an endless supply of Baked Cheetos. (Lori keeps our kitchen fully stocked with free sustenance for employees and visiting clients. See, you are suddenly feeling compelled to break into song now. Aren’t you?)

Since joining Vault in January 2009, Lori has proven her prowess in all that keeps an office running efficiently and effectively – from client and vendor relations to human resources to benefits administration. And that's no surprise considering she came to Vault with years of experience handling the accounting needs of an orthopedic surgical equipment company, an assisted living facility, a law firm, a few real estate companies, a private school, a church and a zoo (we're kidding about the zoo, but how can you not be impressed with her diverse experience, people?) Lori also managed the central purchasing of a home and school for the mentally and physically challenged, and attended Immaculata University working toward a degree in business administration.

We’d like to think her talent at work also has something to do with her other role at home as a mother to five (yes, five!) children. Because when you’re raising five children, what’s another, say, 20?

And if you can believe it, Lori still finds time to give to her church and her favorite recreational activities -- bowling and biking. Lori also has an identical twin, whom we have not yet successfully recruited despite our lifelong dream of cloning Lori. Speaking of lifelong dreams, Lori hopes to one day drive a NASCAR car – which really isn’t shocking when you watch her run around like she does.

Lori currently resides in Downingtown with her children and her husband, Charlie, whom Lori has finally convinced to embrace air travel, another one of her hobbies. As a sidenote, Lori wanted to be a commercial airline pilot growing up, so “Wind Beneath My Wings” would still work if she ever makes a future career transition.

We selfishly hope she doesn’t.
