Leanne Scott Brown Account Supervisor

When Leanne Scott Brown came to Vault Communications in 2008, we knew two things about her. First, she had nine years strategic communications experience with a proven track record in crisis communications, issues management, results-focused media relations and PR campaign development and implementation. Also clear from the get-go? Leanne did not want "a funny bio."

Before you start thinking Leanne is all work and no play, you should know that Little Miss I'm Not Funny considers NBC's "The Office" her favorite television show. Truth be told, we're A-OK with a colleague who prefers it serious - and that's exactly the approach Leanne takes with our clients every day.

Prior to joining Vault Communications, Leanne worked on the agency side for two award-winning shops in Washington D.C., and lent her PR muscle on the corporate side for ARAMARK. In these roles, she created and implemented award-winning national and industry marketing communications campaigns, securing compelling coverage in national print outlets and industry trade publications, including USA Today, Forbes, Fortune, and BusinessWeek.

A graduate of American University's School of Communications, Leanne has a B.A. in public communication. Note that Leanne also had a minor in cinema studies. Her final paper was entitled "The Muppets Take Manhattan: America's Best Film." (Sorry, Leanne, we're trying to be funny again).

She currently resides in Jenkintown, PA, where she enjoys home-decorating, cooking, and watching college basketball and the Philadelphia Eagles with her husband, Alex, their daughters, Emma and Lana, and a Chow-Chow-Golden Retriever mix named Lucia.
